Enviropath has conducted work for Lendlease since our first project at Barangaroo in 2018 which was for high-pressure cleaning and sealing. The project addressed stained pavers and Enviropath was enlisted to high-pressure clean and seal 15,000 square metres of blue stone pavers. In just two months, our team efficiently restored and sealed the stained paving using our CMAR Hot Water Pressure Cleaner.

These machines, known for their speed and efficiency, proved ideal for the task. Notably quiet and environmentally friendly, they feature an in- built boiler, eliminating the need for chemicals in the cleaning process. The entire area received a protective coating through a penetrating sealer.

The successful completion of this project achieved our primary goal of minimising noise disruptions, especially crucial in a tourist hotspot and large residential area.

Enviropath has since maintained an ongoing commitment to routine pressure cleaning on a quarterly basis in the restaurant and shopping areas within the Barangaroo precinct. Additional pressure cleaning efforts include awnings to shops and buildings, building washdowns, effectively removing mould and grime.

All tasks, including the removal of chewing gum and food stains, have met the desired outcomes set by Lendlease.
