Enviropath first partnered with the City of Subiaco in 2016 where we delivered and still continue to deliver Pressure Cleaning Services. Our annual operations involve pressure cleaning approximately 60,000 square metres through out the City using our innovative CMAR R 2500 hot water pressure cleaning machine. This machine is equipped with a vacuum recovery system which captures all the waste water.

Since 2023, also Enviropath expanded it’s services to the City to include the Sweeping of Carparks and Laneways, conducted over two to three days on a weekly basis. This process involves extensive blowing operations to remove debris from corners and wheel stops. Our team utilises a large BROCK sweeper for the carpark cleaning and smaller Rasco Lynx 2000 compact sweeper for the cleaning of the laneways.
