A sweeping machine for summer, a spreader vehicle for winter? There is a more flexible and economical solution: With the compact machine SL 140 of BROCK you have the tools to perfectly react to all weather conditions.
When the roads are covered with snow and ice, the spreader vehicles are in permanent operation while the sweeping machines remain in the garage due to a lack of demand or available operators. Should municipalities accept this inefficient solution? Not with the support of the right partner: The sweeping machine manufacturer BROCK has a solution that reduces unnecessary downtime and superfluous acquisitions.
The compact sweeping machine SL 140 can be operated in summer and in winter. This is possible thanks to the company’s own module system that can be used to quickly and economically convert the powerful sweeping machine into a weatherproof snowplough and spreader vehicle.
According to the customer’s wishes, BROCK equips the vehicle with snowploughing elements and a spreader system. The customer gets a valuable cleaning machine that ensures safe and clean roads. This, of course, also applies to all seasons alike.
What’s more – excessive modifications are not necessary: The machines are prepared for tough work in all weather conditions when they are shipped from the factory in Witten located in the Ruhr area in Germany. During the construction phase the BROCK engineers fully take into consideration the customer’s daily routine from beginning to end – this also includes the awareness that sweeping machines must operate error-free and for longer periods, especially when they are used for heavy-duty operations.
The operators also have an increased flexibility thanks to the variable design: The sophisticated steering system makes the operation of the SL 140 uncomplicated. This is true for the sweeping machine that is converted to a winter vehicle as well as in summer mode.
